Mansoor Hanif is the Executive Director of Engineering in the Technology & Digital sector at NEOM, where he oversees NEOM’s initiatives on emerging technologies such as space, satellites, advanced robotics and human-machine interfaces. He also leads the development of the NEOM Digital Masterplan and research collaborations with leading global universities and thinktanks.

Previously, Mansoor led the design and implementation of NEOM’s fixed, mobile, satellite and subsea networks. An industry leader, Mansoor has over 25 years of experience in planning, building, optimising and operating mobile networks around the world.
